Steve and Leslie Marcus

Leslie Marcus, owner of Northern California Realty Inc., is an integral part of the business. She is very people oriented and besides being a part time Receptionist in the office, she handles everything else that come up, from special promotions to filing, to open house greeter. Her hardest job is being Steve’s wife and raising their 6 children. Steve Marcus, Owner of Northern California Realty Inc., entered the Real Estate Profession in Jan. 79. Approx. 2 years later he obtained his brokers license and within 2 years, owned and operated four very successful real estate offices in the bay area. In 1994 Steve retired and moved to Northern California to raise horses. He still kept active in Real Estate, buying, selling and managing properties for his own account. Getting bored with retirement and with the belief that he had a better and more professional approach to operating a successful real estate brokerage, producing better and faster results for his clients, he opened Northern California Realty Inc. His wife and six children support him 100% and his wife is an integral part of the business. Northern California Realty Inc., mission statement, written by Steve, expresses his views and commitment to his clients.
